Ruby Touch Cleaning is a fast-growing, locally owned cleaning company in Los Angeles looking for dependable Cleaning Crew Members. We focus on delivering exceptional residential cleaning, apartment cleaning, and Airbnb turnover services. We're seeking team members who take pride in their work and enjoy transforming spaces into spotless, welcoming environments.

What You'll Do

• Clean residential homes, apartments, and Airbnb/short-term rental properties according to company standards

• Perform detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and shared spaces

• Vacuum, mop, dust, disinfect, and prepare properties for homeowners or incoming guests

• Complete cleaning tasks using company checklists and procedures

• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members

• Travel to cleaning locations throughout Los Angeles (reliable transportation required)

What We're Looking For

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Ability to work independently or as part of a small team

• Comfortable with physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds

• Smartphone required for scheduling, communication, and work updates

• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we provide training for the right candidates

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time position with opportunities for additional hours as the company grows

• Weekday and weekend availability preferred

• $20–$28 per hour based on experience and assignment type

• Tips and performance bonuses available for outstanding work

• All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
