We are a growing scrap metal recycler in Southeast Michigan looking for the manager of one of our new peddler yards. The manager will be leading a small but mighty team in Redford, Michigan. We are looking for the following skills:
- management experience (required)
- inventory management (required)
- prior forklift experience (required)
- experience in scrap metal (preferred but NOT required)
The yard manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations at the yard. Specific responsibilities are as follows:
- opening and closing the yard every day
- handling customers in a peddler focused environment
