Build Relationships. Drive Growth. Make an Impact.Rubber Inc. is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to support continued growth throughout the Oklahoma City market.

For decades, we've supplied businesses in the automotive, commercial, and off-road industries with high-quality equipment, tools, tire repair products, and related supplies. Our success has always been built on exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships.

If you enjoy meeting customers, developing new business, and managing your own territory, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.

Your RoleThis position combines account management with business development. You'll work closely with existing customers while identifying new opportunities to expand market share throughout your assigned territory.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Develop new customer relationships through prospecting and networking
  • Maintain regular contact with existing accounts
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend effective product solutions
  • Promote new products and company initiatives
  • Assist customers with inventory management and purchasing programs
  • Prepare quotes, enter orders, and maintain accurate customer records
  • Track sales opportunities using CRM software
  • Work alongside regional leadership to maximize territory performance
  • Deliver responsive, professional customer support

QualificationsSuccessful candidates will have:

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience
  • Experience with cold calling and business development
  • Background in automotive, industrial, or related industries preferred
  • Strong relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Self-motivation and a customer-first attitude
