As a Front of House Manager, the individual will undertake all necessary duties as are generally performed by individuals who are employed in such capacity. This includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinate restaurant operations during each shift
- Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen, restaurant and bar
- Ensure alcohol regulations are adhered to
- Education of wine and service to staff
- Interact with guests to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
- Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately
- Oversee service of all guests in the restaurant and assist in managing the expedient delivery of food and beverage
