Material Handler โย (Shift 2A)
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Material Handler to support our colorant operations. This role is responsible for managing colorant inventory, maintaining accurate material locations, preparing barrel mixes, and ensuring work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods are properly identified and tracked. The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix colorant barrels according to production requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe colorant work area.
- Maintain accurate material locations for colorant and foil inventory, completing Location Change Forms when required.
- Verify that all barrels and gaylords are properly labeled with accurate mix identification tags to support product disposition.
- Disposition Work-in-Process (WIP) and Finished Goods as products leave the press.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification is preferred (or willingness to become certified).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and inventory tracking skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift Schedule โ Shift 2A
- Thursday: 1:00 PM โ 7:00 PM
- Friday โ Sunday: 7:00 AM โ 7:00 PM
