Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers inside retail partner locations to promote products and services
• Deliver excellent customer service while guiding shoppers through product options and enrollment processes
• Build rapport with customers and answer questions confidently to ensure satisfaction
• Support brand awareness campaigns and assist with in-store promotional events
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
• Collaborate with retail managers and team members to optimize store performance and presentation
