Job Title: Entry-level Sales Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our sales team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on life insurance policies and annuities, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. This role involves networking, building relationships, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the growth of our business. 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred but we are open to hire individuals with no experience who want a career change, individuals who want a part-time or college grads looking for a part time who want to work commission-based from home or anywhere. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell the products.
• Network and build relationships with potential clients.
• Assess and understand the insurance needs of each client.
• Educate clients on various products and help them understand the benefits of each.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer needs.
  
• Stay up to date with changes in insurance policies and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to clients.
  

Requirements:

• Licensed to sell health & life insurance in the state of operation
  
• 18+ years old
• Citizen of USA or Legal Permanent Resident
