Job Duties: Payroll for around 30-40 employees weekly, Quickbooks Software knowledge (must have), Excel and Word knowledge. Answering and filtering calls for different division, invoicing job and running monthly Profit and Loss Reports/Balance Sheets Monthly, Entering Accts Receivable and Payables.
