Marketing Coordinator

Location: Port Chester, NY
Pay: $28–$33 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
Hybrid Work Style: 50% Office - 50% Field

We're looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Marketing Coordinator who enjoys both strategy and hands-on content creation. If you love social media, digital marketing, and getting out into the field to capture real projects, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

50% Office Marketing & Digital Management

• Manage and update the company website
• Monitor marketing KPIs, lead generation, and campaign performance
• Manage social media messages, comments, and customer engagement
• Create and schedule social media content
• Coordinate local events, promotions, and community partnerships
• Assist with email marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns
• Track Google Business Profile and online reviews

50% Field Content Creation

• Visit residential job sites to capture photos and videos
• Create engaging content showcasing installations, repairs, technicians, and customer experiences
• Edit and upload content to social media the same day
• Create and optimize Google Business Profile posts
• Collaborate with field teams to tell authentic stories that strengthen the Royal Comfort brand

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing, social media, or content creation experience
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar editing tools
• Website management experience (WordPress or similar preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable traveling to residential job sites and working both indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads or Meta Ads experience
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Graphic design experience
• Experience in HVAC, home services, construction, or related industries
