• Accurately input and update patient and healthcare data into electronic systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive health information.
• Support healthcare staff by providing timely and reliable data management services.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations related to data handling.

• Enter patient demographics, medical records, and treatment details into designated databases with precision.
• Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
• Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant systems.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to clarify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Generate routine reports and assist in data retrieval as requested.
• Adhere to data privacy laws and hospital confidentiality standards at all times.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and integrity.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a healthcare or hospital environment.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
