Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including the intensity, frequency, and duration of these issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals while actively involving them in the planning process.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their personal growth and recovery journeys.
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other specialists to coordinate care for clients, ensuring comprehensive support across various aspects of their health.
• Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with developments in the field of marriage and family therapy.
• Maintain meticulous case records that comply with ethical and legal standards while ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to foster a culture of learning and professional excellence.
• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to reduce stigma and improve access to necessary resources.

Qualifications

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in therapy modalities including structural family therapy, strategic therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy.
• Previous exposure to divorce and relationship counseling is preferred.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaboration with healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits

Rose Counseling LLC offers an attractive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
