RootsTable is seeking a Sous Chef who believes great cooking begins with respect—for the ingredient, the craft, the team, and the place we call home. Reporting directly to the Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the kitchen, takes ownership of the details, and holds the standard even when no one is watching.
