What You'll Be Doing

As a Craft Cocktail Bartender at Room for Milly, you’ll play a key role in delivering a top-notch experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mastering and preparing a wide range of classic and new classic cocktail recipes.
• Mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) with precision and creativity.
• Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handling bar prep for high-level craft cocktail ingredients and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar.
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of proper steps of service for all front-of-house positions.
• Managing card and cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Executing opening and closing duties according to established SOPs.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Performing all other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the bar.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the craft cocktail world (5 years of bartending experience preferred).
• A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and preparation techniques.
• TIPS certification.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, with continuous use of hands and arms.
• A self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
