Role Description The Software Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving adoption of RoofIT CRM among roofing businesses. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and generating new leads, conducting product demos via phone or video, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting CRM features that solve their operational challenges, and maintaining ongoing communication with prospects and existing accounts. The Software Sales Representative will collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support long-term customer relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Software Sales and Sales, with experience managing a consultative sales cycle.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing a pipeline.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, with the ability to present complex software features clearly to non-technical users.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture relationships, handle renewals, and support upsell opportunities.
• Experience selling SaaS or CRM solutions, preferably in construction or roofing-related industries, is beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and basic productivity software is expected.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Relevant education or demonstrable track record in sales or business development is advantageous.
