We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Beverage Service Equipment Manager to lead our St. Louis Inside Service operation and help drive the performance, quality, and innovation that our customers count on every day.If you're the type of leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, solving operational challenges, improving processes, and celebrating results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.In this role, you'll lead a team responsible for the teardown, repair, remanufacture, testing, inventory management, and fulfillment of commercial coffee, tea, and specialty beverage equipment. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive quality equipment that helps businesses serve exceptional beverages every day.What You'll DoLead and develop a team of technicians, warehouse personnel, and shipping and receiving associates.Create a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture where employees can learn, grow, and succeed.Plan and prioritize production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and other key performance metrics.Ensure every piece of equipment is repaired, tested, and ready to perform before shipment.Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and equipment availability.Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Parts, and Field Service teams to support business growth and customer satisfaction.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, quality, and team performance.Help shape the future of an operation that directly supports customers throughout the Midwest and beyond.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred.Five or more years of experience in equipment repair, refurbishment, technical production, light manufacturing, or a similar environment.At least two years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Experience managing production performance and operational KPIs.Knowledge of inventory control practices and ERP systems.Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.A passion for leading people and creating results.Why Join Ronnoco?At Ronnoco, you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, make a visible impact on the business, and help support the equipment behind thousands of cups of coffee and specialty beverages served every day.
