Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and processes for knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise-level tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) a plus.
