Position: Rolex Certified Watchmaker
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Position Overview
Fink's Jewelers is seeking an experienced Rolex Certified Watchmaker to join our Chattanooga, TN location. This highly specialized role requires expertise in servicing Rolex timepieces and a commitment to delivering best-in-class craftsmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and servicing on both mechanical and quartz watches
- Complete full service and repairs on most Rolex models and calibers
- Test timepieces for accuracy and performance according to Rolex standards
- Ensure all repair work meets or exceeds Rolex quality requirements
- Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, model numbers, and repair details
- Uphold exceptional quality control and workshop standards
Required Qualifications
- Rolex Certified Watchmaker
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Prior watchmaking experience required
- Preferred 2-3 years of watchmaking experience
- WOSTEP, SAWTA, and/or CW21 certification preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining exact quality standards
