Lead Enterprise Accounting for a Growing Global Companyย

As the company continues to expand,ย Roesleinย is seeking an experiencedย Enterprise Controllerย to provide strategic leadership for its accounting organization.ย 

Reporting directly to the CFO, this newly structured role will lead accounting across a complex, multi-entity domestic and international organization while partnering closely with finance, operations, and executive leadership to strengthen accounting processes, improve financial visibility, and support the company's continued growth.ย

Asย Roesleinย has grown, finance leadership responsibilities have evolved. This role has been intentionally restructured to provide dedicated leadership for the enterprise accounting function and position the organization for its next phase of growth.ย 

You'llย lead an established accounting organization that includesย regional and project accounting leadersย while helping strengthen consistency, improve scalability, and develop the next generation of accounting leadership across the business.ย 

What You'll Doย 

As Enterprise Controller, you will:ย 

  • Lead accounting operations across multiple domestic and international entities.ย 

  • Oversee the monthly close, consolidations, financial reporting, and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong internal controls.ย 

  • Provide leadership and development for regional and project accounting leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.ย 

  • Partner with operations to strengthen project accounting, cost visibility, and financial performance across a project-based business.ย 

  • Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, tax, IT, and executive leadership to improve financial insight and support sound business decisions.ย 

  • Partner with finance and IT leadership to help complete the company's Oracle implementation while continuing to improve reporting capabilities, accounting workflows, and financial systems.ย 

What We're Looking Forย 

The ideal candidate is an experienced accounting leader who combines strong technicalย expertiseย with a practical, collaborative leadership style.ย 

Qualified candidates will bring:ย 

  • CPAย stronglyย preferred.ย 

  • 12+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.ย 

  • Experience serving as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Accounting, or similar senior accounting leader within a complex, multi-entity organization.ย 

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, internal controls, and audit support.ย 

  • Experience with project accounting, cost-to-complete accounting, percentage-of-completion accounting, or similar project-based accounting environments.ย 

  • Industry experience in construction, EPC, industrial services, manufacturing, energy, or other project-driven businesses is strongly preferred.ย 

  • Experience improving accounting processes, ERP systems, financial reporting, or business operations. Oracle experience is helpful but notย required.ย 

  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence across a growing, fast-paced organization.ย
