Robust Repairs

Help Robust Repairs stand up its Energy Services team by bringing your solar expertise to large public-sector projects. You will coordinate testing, handle utility interconnection paperwork, and train client facility teams on new systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install and commission solar arrays, battery storage, and energy management controls.
• Perform megger testing, torque checks, and thermal inspections pre-turnover.
• Develop O&M documentation and train customer staff on new systems.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve field design conflicts.

Requirements:

• New Mexico Journeyman Electrical license plus NABCEP certification.
• 5+ years installing commercial solar or microgrid systems.
• Strong understanding of utility interconnection requirements.
• Ability to travel statewide with overnight stays.
