We are a fast growing, results driven company looking for motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our team.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a high performing sales organization.

There is no cold calling.
All calls come from pre screened inbound callers and filtered web leads, meaning you will spend your time speaking with people who already want help.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and web leads from individuals seeking assistance
• Build rapport with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process
• Qualify leads and convert qualified prospects into signed clients
• Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and updates within our CRM system
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Prior inside sales experience preferred but not required
• We will train the right personality with strong communication skills and drive
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
