Our growing State Farm agency is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers while helping them protect what matters most.
This position is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to creating an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty License (Required)
- Current Life & Health License (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Conduct policy reviews and help customers understand their coverage
- Support retention and relationship-building efforts
- Work closely with team members to provide remarkable customer service
- Assist with agency marketing and customer outreach initiatives
- Must be willing to participate in community events, networking activities, and agency-sponsored marketing events
- Occasional evening and weekend availability required for events and customer-facing activities
