What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll work with individuals, families, and businesses to help protect what matters most while building a rewarding career in insurance sales.

  • Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.

  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

  • Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.

  • Guide clients through the sales process from initial conversation through policy issuance.

  • Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service, regular follow-ups, and policy reviews.

  • Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.

  • Stay current on Farmers Insurance products, licensing requirements, and industry trends.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, client communication, and follow-up activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow.

  • Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.

  • Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required.

  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
