Provide clear and accurate information about insurance policies and agency services.

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management.

Help gather necessary information from clients for new policy applications or claims.

Maintain organized and accurate customer records.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
