Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure

- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff

- Observe and report any changes in patient condition or behavior

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff

- Support patients with feeding and hydration as needed

- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly

- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times


Skills and Qualifications:

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from an accredited program

- Proven experience in a healthcare setting preferred

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
