POSITION OVERVIEW
Riverside Country Club is seeking motivated, interactive Servers with prior serving experience. This position offers a seasonal schedule with potential for ongoing employment. Servers are the face of our dining experience and play a central role in delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service to RCC members and guests.
- Learn and memorize food menus, signature cocktails, beer, and wine selections.
- Provide proper wine bottle service.
- Obtain and maintain RServing (Responsible Serving) certification.
- Operate the Jonas POS point-of-sale system.
- Answer the phone and take dining reservations.
- Handle a cash bank accurately.
- Adhere to all health code and RCC cleaning procedures.
- Expand food and beverage knowledge to answer member and guest questions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous serving experience preferred.
- RServing certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to carry trays and lift up to 35 lbs.
