What You’ll Do

• Engage customers in-store and create a welcoming, high-energy experience
• Educate customers on products and services in a clear, confident way
• Overcome objections and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Close sales and exceed individual performance goals
• Track activity and results using simple systems provided by the company
• Continuously improve your skills through coaching and paid training

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable initiating conversations with customers
• Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented
• Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
