Work is performed in a team environment with Rios Partners employees, clients, and other partner organizations. Our primary place of performance is at the client site (Washington D.C. metro area), and employees are free to work at home when physical presence is not required.As an Analyst, you will:Build strong working relationships with Rios Partners colleagues and clients. This role is highly collaborative and requires frequent interaction across internal teams and client stakeholders. Analysts are expected to contribute positively in team settings and engage with clients in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner.Frame and scope business problems effectively. Analysts are expected to look beyond surface-level issues, ask the right questions, and help identify underlying business challenges. Success in this role comes from structuring problems clearly and supporting teams in developing thoughtful, practical solutions.Apply analysis to inform decisions, not just produce outputs. While Rios Partners is a data-informed organization, analysts are not expected to be purely quantitative specialists. Instead, they use analysis—qualitative and quantitative—as one of several tools to support hypotheses, guide conversations, and inform recommendations within a broader business context.Communicate insights clearly and professionally. Analysts must be able to explain their thinking, assumptions, and conclusions to both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes contributing to client deliverables, participating in meetings, and presenting findings in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner.Support execution and delivery alongside senior team members. This role emphasizes follow-through. Analysts are expected to help translate ideas into action, support implementation efforts, and remain engaged through delivery. Strong data analysis and quantitative skills
Proficiency with Excel and Power Point

Coursework, internships or experience supporting projects related to Human Centered Design, Supply Chain, Innovation, Org Design, Policy, Government, or HealthcarePower BI, Tableau, Python
Sense of curiosity and ability to drive work independently
