NDT Penetrant Inspector - B Shift
Evaluate manufactured parts for minorsurface cracks and indications of surface imperfections or defects by use ofLiquid Penetrant inspection.Who are we?

Job Summary
- Sprays, brushes, or dips part in liquid penetrant.
- Allows penetrant to dwell on parts for specified period.
- Performs penetrant final rinse with water spray.
- Places parts in development tank for allotted time.
- Evaluates parts under UV light to detect minor surface cracks and/or indications of surface imperfections or defects under the supervision of a NDT level 2 or 3.
- Performs post penetrant cleaning of parts before forwarding on to next process/department.
- Accurately records required information in customer required log books.
- Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as necessary.
- Acceptable attendance is an essential function of the position.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required by the position.
