The Role: The Ultimate Jack-of-All-Trades

We aren’t looking for someone to just sit in a booth or push a lawnmower. The Adventure Operations & Guest Experience Specialist is the Swiss Army Knife of our camp.

The perfect candidate is someone who loves variety and thrives on wearing multiple hats. One hour you’ll be manicuring the property to keep it looking elite, the next you’ll be running the sales counter, and by the afternoon you’ll be guiding a high-adrenaline group through the Northeast's largest ropes course. You are the heartbeat of the camp, ensuring operations run smoothly and guests have the time of their lives.

What Your Day Looks Like (The Ultimate Mashup):

• The Grounds Master: Keep the park looking sharp and professional by trimming hedges, clearing trails, and prepping our 15 tactical paintball fields for battle.
• The Adventure Guide: Step up as the leader to take corporate groups, camp kids, and military squads through our massive ropes courses and paintball arenas.
• The Face of the Camp: Hold down the sales counter, welcoming guests with high energy, checking them in, handling transactions, and setting the vibe for their day.
• The Vibe Creator: Wrap up an epic day of adventure by stacking wood and lighting the perfect bonfire for our evening groups to unwind around.

You are an energetic, adaptable go-getter who gets bored doing the same thing every day. You love people just as much as you love working with your hands.

• The Chameleon: You can seamlessly transition from rugged outdoor labor (hedges, trails, heavy lifting) to high-level customer service at the front counter.
• The Natural Leader: You have the confidence and charisma to command a crowd, whether you're guiding a family or briefing a military platoon.
• The Self-Starter: You don’t wait around to be told what to do. If a hedge needs trimming or a guest needs help, you jump on it.
• Comfortable in All Elements: You thrive in the great outdoors, whether you're sweating in the summer sun or keeping a bonfire roaring under the stars.

Requirements:

• Physical stamina to work outdoors, walk uneven terrain, and handle landscaping equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for front-of-house operations.
• A strong commitment to safety, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn—we will fully train you on ropes course guiding and paintball operations!
