Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the chance to perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living, which include (but are not limited to):

• Assist clients with personal care activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Transport clients in your vehicle to appointments, errands, and outings.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities like reading and puzzles.
• Remind clients to take medications and assist with prescribed exercises.
• Offer specialized care for clients with dementia.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance preferred.
• CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.
