Position Overview

Right Path Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as an independent contractor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing outpatient individual therapy to a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. The role offers the flexibility of a remote setting while maintaining a deep commitment to enhancing the emotional well-being of our clients.

Work Environment

This position allows you to work remotely while being part of our outpatient facility in West Linn, Oregon. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for each client, considering their unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to develop holistic and integrated treatment strategies.
• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring adaptive methods are utilized.
• Collect and analyze client outcome data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and improve therapeutic practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Stay engaged with current research, trends, and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will require working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will provide therapeutic support to children navigating developmental issues, adolescents tackling identity and self-esteem concerns, and adults addressing relationship challenges, trauma, or life transitions. Your contributions will directly impact their mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon is essential.
• A minimum of three years of experience in outpatient clinical settings is necessary, providing a strong foundation for this role.
• Exceptional communication and rapport-building skills to foster a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Proficient time management and organizational abilities to handle a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in clinical research, data collection, and coding is advantageous but not required, as it will further enhance our commitment to evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
