Pay rate: $20/hour
Scope of Work:

• Issuing visitor badges and verifying that the required facility orientation has been completed before badge issuance

• Assisting with document management

• coordinating events (catering and venue, may be subject to picking up catering orders or setting up remote venues)

• Invoice processing

• General administrative support upon request.

Preferred Skillsets

• Candidate should be able to use basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, email, and

Adobe.

• Lift up to 50lbs.

• Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own in a quiet environment.

• Organizational skills are required to keep priority items in focus.

• Candidate should be welcoming and have customer service skills.
