Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and developing comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy through telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while adapting your approach to the unique goals and experiences of each client.
• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.
• Maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality and data security by accurately documenting treatment plans, therapy progress, and assessment outcomes in secure electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, peer specialists, and social workers to deliver holistic care, coordinating services for optimal client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, evidence-based treatment options, and community resources available for further support.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills, staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy through workshops and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups grappling with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a pivotal role in empowering clients of all ages to build resilience, improve their mental health, and achieve personal growth in the face of adversity.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
