Position Overview

We're seeking motivated, career-driven individuals who are eager to begin a rewarding career in sales, marketing, and business development. As a Retail Brand Specialist, you'll receive hands-on training in customer engagement, sales support, communication, leadership, and daily business operations while working alongside experienced professionals.

This position is designed for individuals who want to develop professionally and grow into greater responsibilities through performance, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail environment and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers with product information and recommend solutions based on their needs.
• Learn and apply effective sales, marketing, and customer service techniques.
• Explain product features, pricing, and current promotional offers.
• Process customer transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Work toward individual and team performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development programs.
• Represent client brands with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
