Rick Erwin Dining Group-General Manager

The General Manager for the Rick Erwin Dining Group should build relationships with our team and our guest to deliver a memorable dining experience. The General Manager focuses on elegant service, cleanliness, sanitation and running a smooth operation in an excellent manner. The General Manager focuses on hiring and developing quality employees to deliver the expectation on polished and elegant style of service. The General Manager builds sales and profits through their behavior, delivering on promises to our Team, Guest, Vendors, and our community. The General Manager manages costs, develops the team and maintains accountability for achieving success in these areas.
