Sales Support Assistant

We're looking for a Sales Support Assistant a proactive, organized professional ready to take on a blend of administrative support and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sample shipments and product bins
• Maintain internal AD lists and catalogs
• Liaise with overseas teams to update forecasts and specs
• Provide weekly recaps and review documentation for accuracy
• Schedule showroom visits
• Prepare presentations and coordinate meeting logistics
• Track photography flow, markdowns, RTVs, and product conversions

Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong command of retail math
• Experience with Navision is a plus
• Confident communicator and presenter
• 13 years in jewelry, luxury goods, or retail preferred
• Skilled multitasker in fast-paced environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 13 years relevant industry or support experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
