Job description

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, Sick Time, and PTO after 90 days!

Summary: Under the supervision of the Finishing Manager, the incumbent is primarily responsible for ensuring that the customer’s quality and productivity standards are met

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Performs finishing work within spray booth

Performs color mixtures and color matches to product and production specifications

Applies wood finishes, stains, colors and textures

Performs all necessary product preparation work by sanding, repairing and conditioning wood for priming, staining, painting, and finishing

Operates various sanding, wood cutting, and drilling machines

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
