RichCo Roofing is currently seeking highly motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a door-to-door sales environment, thrive in a competitive sales atmosphere, and are motivated by uncapped earning potential through commission-based pay.

Whether you have roofing sales experience or are new to the industry but eager to learn, comprehensive sales training will be provided upon hire to ensure you have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed.

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will generate leads, meet with homeowners, perform basic roof assessments, and help guide customers through the roofing replacement or repair process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door prospecting and canvassing to generate new leads
• Build relationships with homeowners and educate them on roofing services and solutions
• Perform basic roof inspections to identify potential damage or repair needs
• Assist homeowners through the roof replacement and insurance claim process when applicable
• Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project process
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets

Qualifications

• Previous roofing sales experience is a plus but not required
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door prospecting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
