About The Role
Rhenus Logistics is in a thrilling growth and change journey where we need to strengthen and expand our operational team with driven and curious colleagues. In our new operational model, we offer our customers flexibility, speed, and customization according to their wishes. We have recently successfully implemented a new shared TMS that enables increased collaboration across borders and further develops our operational platform.
The role thus has an even clearer customer focus, where quality in delivery and long-term relationships are central. As a freight forwarder with us, you work with the entire transport chain – from planning and booking to follow-up and invoicing. You have close cooperation with customers, carriers, and colleagues and ensure that our freight flows are stable, effective, and of high quality.
You become an active part of our operational team where we collaborate closely, support each other in everyday life, and jointly drive improvement and development. In our ongoing development phase, the focus is particularly on:
- Developing relationships with customers and transport partners
- Actively participating in improvement initiatives and further developing our work processes
- Interest in development within digitalization and standardization
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and effective work environment
What You Bring:
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience in freight forwarding or transport logistics and who thrives in a role with customer contact, responsibility, and pace. You communicate effortlessly in Swedish and English and are familiar with international transport flows.
Additional language skills, such as German, Hungarian, Czech, or other Slavic languages, are advantageous. It is also advantageous if you have experience working in modern TMS systems and relationship-building customer or partner work within logistics.
