We are growing and looking for a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Professional who is ready to build relationships, help clients protect what matters most, and grow their income.

What You'll Do
  • Recommend coverage options that properly protect clients
  • Work with individuals and families to review their insurance needs
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Follow up with leads and close new business
  • Provide excellent customer experience and long-term support
  • Contribute to a positive and team-focused office culture

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work toward goals and sales targets
  • Sales or insurance experience preferred
  • Language: Spanish (Preferred)
  • Annapolis, MD: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
  • Work Location: In person
