Work Environment

Our facility is designed to promote recovery and rehabilitation in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. As a therapist at Revive, you will work onsite with state-of-the-art equipment and a variety of therapeutic modalities. The facility includes private treatment rooms for individual sessions, open areas for group therapies, and specialized equipment that supports diverse rehabilitation needs. The team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and determine functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on assessment results tailored to patients’ individual needs and goals.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities—such as electrical stimulation, heat, and ice therapies—to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Instruct patients on correct body mechanics, posture, and strategies to prevent ongoing injuries during their treatment journey.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments to their treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records that document treatment sessions and responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Revive Physical Therapy, we cater to a diverse patient population, ranging from individuals suffering from acute injuries to those requiring long-term rehabilitation for chronic conditions. Our specialties include treating back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, tendonitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders. Each therapist will engage with a variety of cases, allowing for a rich experience in clinical practice and patient interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, focusing on various physical therapy techniques.
• Proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities is essential.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor rehabilitation strategies to patient needs.

Preferred Experience

While we require a minimum of one year of experience, candidates with five or more years in clinical settings will find this role particularly fulfilling.
