Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Revive Motion Therapeutics, your daily responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting thorough Physical Therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, tailoring approaches to meet specific patient conditions and rehabilitation needs.
  • Regularly assessing patient progress and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and feedback.
  • Documenting patient care effectively using our electronic record system, including detailed SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans within set timeframes.
  • Educating patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, addressing concerns, and setting realistic recovery expectations.
  • Meeting minimum utilization goals and collaborating with fellow healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Promoting a positive organizational culture by embodying our core values and serving as an ambassador for our mission.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a wide range of patients, including children and adults of various ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. This diverse patient population requires a flexible and adaptive approach to care, as you may encounter varying conditions, from orthopedic injuries to neurological impairments. Each treatment plan you create will be based on comprehensive evaluations and individualized to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for those holding a Master's Degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • A current and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in Washington State.
  • Willingness to conduct evaluations and therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth when clinically appropriate.
  • A strong commitment to serving a diverse patient population, with sensitivity to varying backgrounds.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting.
Preferred Experience

Experience in the rehabilitation field, particularly in a multidisciplinary environment, is highly valued. Candidates with skills in telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health record management will have a competitive edge in this role. A proven ability to foster relationships with patients and families, as well as a history of meeting clinical goals and objectives, will be beneficial.
