Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, establishing individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

• Implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to optimize therapeutic outcome.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes clearly and accurately, fulfilling legal and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in leadership activities such as community outreach, program development, and staff education.
• Ensure adherence to necessary state licensure and maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees such as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy are preferred.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
