Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific needs.
• Implement treatment strategies through evidence-based practices, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and pain management protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on the patients' improvement and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and self-management techniques to promote independence and prevent further injuries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and professionals in multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate patient care and achieve integrated treatment goals.
• Provide ongoing support and communicative care to ensure patients feel empowered and informed throughout their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, chronic pain, and age-related mobility challenges. Your focus will be on delivering empathetic and responsive care that addresses each patient's unique situation, fostering a positive therapeutic alliance for more effective rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective patient management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, bolstered by a commitment to patient-centered care.
• A strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation center or outpatient clinic is highly desirable, particularly in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with modalities and technology used in physical therapy, such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and cryotherapy.
• Continuous professional development; additional certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Bone Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience and skill level.
