JOB DESCRIPTION

NOW HIRING: APARTMENT MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN

Revised Personnel Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced Apartment Make-Ready Technician to join a property management team!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare vacant apartments for new residents

  • Complete apartment turns and make-ready work

  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs

  • Patch, texture, and paint walls as needed

  • Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and other minor components

  • Perform basic appliance repairs and replacements

  • Complete carpentry and general maintenance tasks

  • Change locks and hardware

  • Clean and prepare units for move-in

  • Complete work orders efficiently and accurately

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous apartment maintenance/make-ready experience preferred

  • Strong knowledge of general apartment repairs

  • HVAC experience or certification is a plus

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have your own basic hand tools

  • Ability to work independently and complete apartment turns on schedule

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
