Looking for an extremely detail oriented person who can help change Airbnbs over, clean homes to get ready to sell, occasional minor repairs, house painting, laundry, and some occasional yard work will all be included. We are looking for a full time person, but you must be free from 9:00am-4:00pm, sometimes later if working on a project. Change overs happen 7 days a week, so there may be times when you don’t work all day but may need to work weekends and/or holidays. YOU WILL BE WORKING ALMOST EVERY DAY. WE NEED FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES. Starting at 14.00 per hour with opportunity to make more as you work with the company. Ability to do everything listed is not required to apply but is a bonus. Must have a smart phone and your own transportation to drive around Las Cruces to the different properties you will be responsibile for cleaning. Meaning you will be driving your own vehicle to and from properties. These are nonnegotiable, you will be working at multiple locations in a day, so being dropped off at work is not ok, you need your own reliable transportation. This can be a very fast paced job as well as physically intensive. Changes to the schedule can occur and if you are not comfortable with this, we may not be the place for you. Abiltiy to show up on time, everytime is absolute necessity, other crew members rely on it. We can be very flexible about schedule, but, as we do change overs for guests on a tight timeline, it is a problem if you are not consistent.

MUST BE OKAY WITH:

• Using your own vehicle to drive around Las Cruces to the properties that are your responsibilty to be cleaning.
• Own a smart phone! We use many apps to communicate and for tasks.
• Physical labor intenstive! We are GO GO GO! Which means you won't need a gym membership.
• We do more than just cleaning! We also handle light yardwork, small repairs, blind installation, painting, and move furniture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
