Job Summary:
Resulting IT is the World’s best loved SAP Consultancy with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients. They are seeking a SAP Delivery Lead who will manage day-to-day delivery of SAP engagements, ensuring quality outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day delivery across SAP engagements, owning plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies from kick-off through to completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery, building confidence through clear communication, proactive issue management, and consistent follow-through
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplined project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned, motivated, and delivering to a high standard
• Establish and maintain governance structures, status reporting, and delivery rhythms that give clients transparency and control
• Oversee SAP S/4HANA adoption and integration activities, keeping delivery anchored to business outcomes rather than purely technical milestones
• Identify and manage risks and issues early, adapting plans when circumstances change and keeping stakeholders informed
• Support account management activities including maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for follow-on work, and contributing to proposals where relevant
• Champion quality and continuous improvement across engagements, embedding better ways of working and raising the bar on delivery standards
• Contribute to Resulting’s internal growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and supporting the development of our delivery practice
Qualifications:
