Job description

Company Overview

Restorative Compounding Pharmacy + Wellness is one of Michigan’s fastest-growing compounding pharmacies. We partner with medical practices, HRT clinics, primary care providers, wellness centers, and aesthetics practices statewide to deliver high-quality, customized medications with precision and care.

We are not a chain pharmacy — and we never will be. We are a locally owned, pharmacist-led operation built on clinical excellence, innovation, and strong provider and patient relationships. Our growth is intentional, and our standards are high.

We’re expanding our team and are seeking a Full-Time Sterile Compounding Pharmacist who wants to play a meaningful role in a growing pharmacy with real opportunity for professional growth and leadership.

Why Join Restorative

  • People First: Patients and team members come first — always
  • Clinical Focus: True compounding practice, not retail metrics
  • Stable Schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights, no weekends
  • Team Environment: Collaborative, respectful, and solutions-focused
  • Room for Growth: As we grow, so will your responsibilities, influence, and career path

This is not a stagnant role. We’re building something long-term, and we want pharmacists who want to grow with it.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time sterile compounding pharmacist with experience in both non-sterile and sterile compounding to support and oversee daily pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values quality, compliance, and teamwork — and who wants to be part of a pharmacy where their expertise truly matters.

You will work closely with pharmacy leadership, technicians, and lab staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Verify and check non-sterile and sterile compounded prescriptions for accuracy, quality, and patient safety
  • Support sterile and non-sterile compounding workflow as needed
  • Counsel patients and communicate with prescribers when necessary
  • Supervise, support, and collaborate with pharmacy technicians and compounding staff
  • Ensure adherence to USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and quality assurance records
  • Participate in inventory management, ordering, and medication handling
  • Contribute to SOP adherence, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability and excellence

Qualifications

Required

  • Active Michigan Pharmacist License
  • Experience with non-sterile compounding
  • Experience with sterile compounding
  • Strong understanding of USP standards and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience in a 503A compounding pharmacy
  • Comfort working in a growing, fast-paced environment
  • Interest in expanded responsibility or leadership growth over time

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with matching
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discounts
  • A consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
  • A supportive, growth-oriented environment
  • Clear opportunity for professional growth as the pharmacy continues to expand

Please do not call the pharmacy directly regarding applications. Qualified candidates will be contacted to discuss next steps.
