Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning through patient interviews and standardized evaluation tools.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients' mobility, self-care, cognitive abilities, and fine motor skills, tailoring interventions as necessary.
• Utilize a hands-on approach to provide therapeutic exercises, engage patients in functional activities, and apply adaptive techniques to enhance their daily living skills.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physical therapists and speech therapists, to ensure holistic patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress meticulously, utilizing electronic health records to track treatment efficacy and modify care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies to foster recovery at home, helping them maintain progress outside clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits

Restora Sports Clinic offers a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
