Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning through patient interviews and standardized evaluation tools.
  • Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on improving patients' mobility, self-care, cognitive abilities, and fine motor skills, tailoring interventions as necessary.
  • Utilize a hands-on approach to provide therapeutic exercises, engage patients in functional activities, and apply adaptive techniques to enhance their daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physical therapists and speech therapists, to ensure holistic patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies to foster recovery at home, helping them maintain progress outside clinical settings.
