What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role like Restaurant Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef
  • Proven success managing a $2M+ sales volume restaurant
  • Expertise in menu development and food cost management
  • Sanitation License and Food Handlers Certificate
  • A knack for recruiting, training, and developing top-notch kitchen staff

Your Role in the Spotlight:

  • Oversee both restaurant and kitchen operations, from scheduling to inventory management
  • Ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality and sanitation
  • Lead the hiring, training, and development of a stellar kitchen team
  • Monitor food costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste to boost efficiency
  • Collaborate on recipe creation and menu updates to keep things fresh and exciting
  • Act as a Key Holder, managing kitchen openings and closings
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff to communicate specials and menu changes
